We read the BOQ end-to-end, walk the site, and submit a costed proposal with schedule assumptions written down.
02 · Mobilise
Crew, materials, and supervision assigned. HSE plan signed. Procurement locked at agreed rates.
03 · Build & supply
Weekly progress reports, photo logs, and a single point of contact. No surprises in the monthly bill.
04 · Handover
Snag-cleared handover with as-built drawings, warranty documents, and a post-handover support window.
