01 · Credentials

Registered & compliant.

The registrations that decide eligibility. Copies of every document below, with the registration numbers, are included in our tender submission pack on request.

PEC registration
Registered constructor with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Our licensed category, which sets the works value we may bid, is stated in the credential pack, renewed annually, and verifiable on the PEC portal.
Firm registration
Registered partnership firm, Registrar of Firms, Government of Sindh. Partnership deed and registration certificate on file.
NTN
FBR National Tax Number issued in the firm's name. Certificate supplied with every submission.
Sales tax (STRN)
Sales-tax registered for supply and works contracts requiring tax invoices.
Active Taxpayer (ATL)
Filer status maintained on the FBR Active Taxpayer List — the lower withholding rate that protects your budget on payments.
Banking
Scheduled-bank corporate account able to issue earnest money / bid security, performance guarantees, and mobilisation guarantees. Bank certificate provided with the bid.

A clean submission.

We bid to PPRA (federal) and SPPRA (Sindh) rules. A disqualification on a technicality wastes everyone's time, so we treat the eligibility checklist as seriously as the price.

We confirm category, turnover, and similar-work criteria before committing to a bid.

Methodology, schedule, plant, and manpower presented against the scoring criteria.

Bid security
Earnest money or bank guarantee in the required form, on time, in the right amount.

Financial proposal
Itemised BOQ pricing with rate analysis that survives scrutiny at bid opening.

Award & guarantees
Performance guarantee and contract execution within the stipulated window.

Delivery & billing
IPC / running bills with measurement sheets that match the contract, every time.
