Who we are
Green's Universal Solutions is a construction contracting and general order supply firm based in Karachi, Pakistan. This policy covers greensuniversal.com and the enquiry form on it. For anything below, contact us at info@greensuniversal.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: name, email, organisation, phone number (optional), the scope of your enquiry, your brief, and any files you choose to attach. We do not collect anything else, and we do not collect anything from you just by your visiting the site.
How we use it
To read and respond to your enquiry. Government-tender enquiries are routed to our procurement mailbox instead of our general one; everything else goes to the general mailbox. We also send a short automatic acknowledgement to the email address you gave us, confirming receipt.
What happens to file attachments
Attachments are never written to disk and never served over the web. They are validated in memory, attached to the email, and dropped the moment the message is sent. There is no folder of uploaded files anywhere in our systems, because there is no path for one to exist on.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept in our office mailbox for up to 24 months, then deleted. We don't hold a separate database of enquiries — the mailbox is the only place this information exists, which is also the only place it's ever removed from.
Who sees it
Nobody outside Green's Universal Solutions. Your enquiry is relayed by email to our own mailbox over an authenticated, encrypted connection. We do not sell, rent, or share enquiry data with any third party, for marketing or any other purpose.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. It does use self-hosted, cookieless analytics (GoatCounter) to see which pages get read and roughly how many people visit — not who they are. It doesn't use cookies, browser fingerprinting, or any other persistent identifier: your IP address is hashed together with a salt that rotates every day and then discarded, which is enough to avoid double-counting the same visit but not enough to identify or track you across days, sites, or devices. The analytics data stays on our own server; it is never sent to Google, Meta, or any other third party.
Your rights
Pakistan does not yet have a comprehensive data-protection statute in force — the Personal Data Protection Bill remains under legislative consideration. We're stating that plainly rather than implying a legal framework that doesn't exist yet. In the meantime, if you'd like a copy of the information you gave us, want it corrected, or want it deleted before the 24-month period, email us and we'll act on it.
Security
The enquiry form validates every field, rate-limits submissions, and checks attachments by their actual file content rather than trusting the filename, so a renamed executable is rejected regardless of its extension. Traffic to this site is encrypted end to end.
Children's data
This site is intended for procurement officers, businesses, and institutional buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and move the date at the top. We won't quietly narrow your rights or widen our use of your data without saying so here first.
